FRENCH QUARTER CLUES by EVA POHLER

FRENCH QUARTER CLUES
BY EVA POHLER

When Ellen and Sue discover that a demon is attached to Tanya, the three friends fly to New Orleans to enlist the help of a Voodoo high priestess. Soon they learn that Tanya's life depends on them finding and consecrating the remains of a "Devil Child," cared for by Delphine LaLaurie and Marie Laveau. The key to finding the remains is hidden in a secret diary buried somewhere in a vacant Creole mansion in the French Quarter. It's time for the three friends to renovate and solve another mystery and hopefully live to tell the tale.

ABOUT AUTHOR

For over twenty years, Eva Pohler taught writing and literature at a university in San Antonio, where she lives with her husband and three kids. Now she's the USA Today bestselling author of The Mystery Book Collection, The Mystery House Series, and four series for young adults: The Gatekeeper's Saga, A Gatekeeper's Spin-Off Series, The Purgatorium Series, and The Vampires of Athens Series. Her books have been described as "thrilling" and "addictive." A Kirkus reviewer said of The Gatekeeper's Sons that it was "sure to thrill."

A reader herself, Eva writes in multiple genres, but all of her stories blur the line between reality and fantasy, truth and delusion, and draw from Eva's personal philosophy that a reader must be lured and abducted into complete captivity in order to enjoy the reading experience.

MY REVIEW

Just as good as the first two....
French Quarter Clues is an amazing adventure through New Orleans that will take you all over and learn the true history and facts about Voodoo priestess. Eva has again taken her three ladies on a great adventure to help another family with sadness. Tanya has a spirit attached to her and this is what lead them on their adventures. I have to tell you if you liked Nancy Drew as a teenager you will love these ladies adventures. They are adults doing great stories with a lot of great details in facts. I can't wait to find out what the next trip will be for the three ladies and they restore historical building and help clear up misguided information along the way
